What you'll do

• You shoot, edit and finish reels, TikToks, stories and YouTube content — with professional kit or straight off a smartphone.
• From setup through lighting and sound to post-production, you can cover the whole run.
• You help develop hooks, storylines and formats for a range of clients and platforms.
• You build image generation, voiceovers and AI editing firmly into the production plan.
• You spot trends before they peak and turn them into content that performs.
• You make our creative processes better. We set the direction, you take the wheel.

What you bring

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in an agency.
• You're confident in Premiere Pro and CapCut and have experience with captioning and AI editing tools.
• You know Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and you know which hooks land.
• You have an eye for visual language plus the technical know-how for camera, lighting and sound.
• You understand community: real follower interaction, not cosmetic numbers.
• You enjoy talking to people, in front of and behind the camera.
• You don't wait to be given tasks. You get on with it
