What you'll do

• Supporting the day-to-day care and advising of our clients
• Contributing to communication, marketing and digital projects
• Organising and coordinating project workflows
• Preparing project plans, timings and presentations
• Preparing client meetings, workshops and reviews
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• Supporting campaign, content and sales projects
• Helping plan and deliver digital and classic communication activity
• Researching trends, market developments and new technologies
• Learning and applying modern AI tools in everyday project work

What you bring

• First professional experience in an agency, marketing, communication or sales organisation — or alternatively a completed degree focused on marketing, communication, media or business
• An interest in brands, marketing and communication
• Organisational talent and a structured way of working
• Enjoyment of working with people and in a team
• Self-motivation, curiosity and a willingness to learn
• An interest in digital media, AI and new technologies
• Excellent German and good English
• Nice to have: first agency experience, an interest in automotive or finance topics, a grounding in project management, experience with social media or content projects
