What you'll do

• You develop social media strategies for our clients and put them into practice — from Instagram through TikTok to LinkedIn.
• You plan, run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• You build editorial plans and steer content production together with our creators.
• You manage communities: replying, moderating, listening. Real interaction, not autopilot.
• You read KPIs properly, build reporting and turn numbers into concrete optimisations.
• You advise clients as equals and present concepts, strategies and results.
• You build AI tools firmly into planning, analysis and campaign management.
• You spot trends before they peak and turn them into campaigns that perform.

What you bring

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in digital or social media marketing, ideally in an agency.
• You're confident in Meta Ads Manager and have experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and analytics tools.
• You know Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, and you know what carries organically and what needs budget.
• You have a feel for audiences, content and timing.
• You understand community: real follower interaction, not cosmetic numbers.
• You enjoy talking to people, in the team as much as with clients.
• You don't wait to be given tasks. You get on with it.
