What you'll do

• Developing visual concepts for print and digital projects
• Designing consistent brand presences across every channel
• Producing layouts, typography and image worlds/composings
• Creative work for social media and digital communication
• Using modern design and AI tools in day-to-day creative work
• Close collaboration with consulting, copy and production
• Actively supporting team projects — from the idea to final delivery

What you bring

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience as an Art Director or Junior Art Director, ideally in an agency environment
• You develop visual concepts for print and digital
• You ensure consistent brand presences across every channel
• You know your way around typography, layout and visual language/composings
• You think creatively, strategically and in terms of solutions
• You use design and AI tools with confidence
• You bring experience in social media and digital communication
• You enjoy working in a team and support projects actively
