What you'll do

• Independently looking after and advising clients in day-to-day business
• Steering communication, marketing and digital projects
• Preparing quotes, timings, project plans and budgets
• Coordinating interdisciplinary teams across creative, copy, digital and production
• Managing external partners and service providers
• Supporting campaigns across print, online, social media, event and POS channels
• Looking after brand, content and sales projects
• Preparing and facilitating client meetings and workshops
• Identifying new communication and marketing potential
• Using modern AI tools to optimise content, communication and project processes
• Ensuring quality, deadlines and adherence to budgets

What you bring

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in an agency, marketing or communication organisation
• Experience steering complex projects
• A confident presence and genuine enjoyment of working with clients
• Strong organisational talent and a structured way of working
• An understanding of brand management, marketing and communication
• An interest in digital media, AI applications and new technologies
• High self-motivation and solution-oriented thinking
• Excellent German and good English
• Ideally experience in automotive, automotive aftermarket, B2B communication, financial services, international brand projects, sales and product communication or campaign management
